We receive an email (with no Credit Card info in it) telling us there is an order waiting. We then go to the password protected area to retrieve the order, including your credit card number. Then we process the order at our shop. We believe in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We want you to feel comfortable that personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address will be kept confidential. Information that you provide to us will be used only for ordering purposes and internal analysis to improve the quality and availability of our products and services. We may occasionally send email offers to our special customers. However, no information received by us will ever be sold or traded to any outside mailing or marketing company.
